To qualify for the Referral Bonus Program, the following requirements must be met:
Eligible Referrer: The referrer must have successfully completed at least one assignment with American Traveler, and their current employment status must be in good standing.
New Candidate: The referred candidate must be a new candidate for American Traveler, defined as someone not already in our database.
Assignment Commencement: The referred candidate must begin an assignment within one year of their application date.
Completion Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete an assignment of 10 weeks or more.
Referral Priority: In cases where a new candidate is referred by multiple travelers, the first received referral will be considered and the bonus will only be paid to the original referrer.Mutual Referrals: If two new candidates apply simultaneously and refer each other, only one referral bonus will be paid. The bonus will be awarded to the candidate who made the initial contact with American Traveler.
