• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• License required if applicable
• Active state license required, though may start with compact license depending on state requirements
• Experience in the outpatient setting required
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Holiday weeks scheduled at 32 hours
• Parking and dress code information provided on first day
• Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return
• Meal break is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out for lunch
