American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility assignment requiring 1+ year of experience and flexibility across settings.

Details

• Split assignment: 50% Home Health and 50% Skilled Nursing Facility, with flexibility required based on area need
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
• Home Health uses HCHB and Skilled Nursing Facility uses NetHealth charting systems
• On-site Therapy Supervisor available
• Productivity expectations of 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility
• No on-call or call-back requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• New graduates will be considered
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

• Work under the supervision of an onsite Therapy Supervisor
• Candidates within an 80-mile radius may be considered as local applicants at an adjusted rate
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
