Description

American Traveler seeks an inpatient Speech Language Pathologist with an active Illinois license and 2+ years of experience to perform video swallow studies and dysphagia management in a hospital setting.

Details

• Inpatient setting located in the main hospital
• Performs video swallow studies, bedside swallow evaluations, and dysphagia management
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
• No weekends or call required
• Floating within scope to other like units may be required

Requirements

• Active Illinois SLP license required if applicable
• 2+ years of recent experience in inpatient speech language pathology
• 2 years of relevant setting experience
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

• Provide swallow study assessments and dysphagia management for inpatient population
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted for consideration
