American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with home health experience and OASIS proficiency to serve a geriatric patient population.

Details

• Home Health setting covering a geriatric patient population
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office, with flexibility required
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
• On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
• EMR: HCHB experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Must be flexible with territory assignments

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include timely documentation and communication with the care team
• Scrub attire required in any color; jeans not permitted
• No personal cell phone use; iPad provided for work purposes
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Open to first-time travelers
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
