Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 1-2 years of experience for a 13-week day shift assignment supporting adult respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic patients.

Details

• Respiratory Therapy unit caring for adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic conditions
• Floating required to ICU, ED, floors, MS, TELE, DOC, PSYCH, and NICU as applicable
• 12-hour day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend rotation
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Call and holiday coverage required
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RRT certification through NBRC or equivalent certifying body
• BLS certification required
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• NRP certification highly desired
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Deliver respiratory therapy services across a range of adult care areas including ER, ICU, MS, TELE, DOC, and PSYCH
• Function as part of the unit's rotation pool and may be required to work additional hours as needed
• All time off requests must be submitted at time of application
• Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at a lower bill rate
