• Long term care setting within the Occupational Therapy department
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Active TX or compact OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Compact license not accepted for this position

Additional Information

• Provide therapeutic interventions under appropriate clinical direction
• Document patient progress and report treatment outcomes
• Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may be subject to review
