American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with 1+ year of home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment covering East Lake County, Florida.

Details

• Home health setting covering East Lake County
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• One weekend rotation per month required to cover ortho cases
• No on-call requirement
• One major and one minor holiday coverage required
• Average of 4-6 patient visits per day
• Mileage varies by week based on coverage area

Requirements

• Current, active Florida OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
• Social Security card and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference covering entire work history required

Additional Information

• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients including orthopedic cases
• COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate
• No radius rule for this position
• Permanent employees must be separated from the facility for 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Weekend or holiday call-offs may result in manager rescheduling you for another weekend or holiday
