American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Long Term Care setting requiring 2+ years PTA experience and a TX or compact license (license required if applicable).

• Long Term Care setting within a Physical Therapy unit
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Compact license accepted

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience required
• Current TX or compact PTA license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction of physical therapists
• Record patient progress and report treatment outcomes to supervising physical therapists
• Work within a rehabilitative care team focused on personalized, goal-oriented patient care
• Candidates employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
