American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 12-hour day shift inpatient Pediatrics and NICU III position requiring RRT credential and teaching hospital experience.

Details

• Inpatient Respiratory Care Services unit at a teaching hospital
• Pediatrics and NICU III patient population
• 12-hour day shift schedule, 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends as needed with schedule flexibility required
• No call requirements
• No block schedules accommodated
• Must work 2 of the 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT not accepted
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years required
• NICU level experience must be documented in work history

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience preferred but not required, first-time travelers may be considered
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
• Accepts local candidates
• Radius and local pay rates available based on mileage from facility
• Bi-weekly orientations with the next available session starting 10/19
