• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 5x8 day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break, automatically deducted if not clocked out
• No on-call requirements
• Uses InSync EMR system

Requirements

• Active PT license required; license required if applicable
• Experience in an outpatient setting required
• Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment
• Full state license required prior to start for South Carolina assignments
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
