American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring an OH state license and a minimum of one year of acute care OT experience.

Details

• Home health setting covering Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio
• Full time schedule, Monday-Friday, day shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Valid OH state license required prior to start date (cannot start with a pending license)
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT in an acute care setting required
• Home care experience desired
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a named driver required
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
• Sound clinical judgment and knowledge of OT best practices
• Detail-oriented with disciplined, timely work ethic and ability to prioritize

Additional Information

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes across the Dayton, Ohio area
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to support patient recovery and independence
