• 5x8 day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
• Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

• Experience in the outpatient setting required
• Active PT license required (License required if applicable)
• Can start with compact license but must obtain full state license during assignment
• 1 professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Equipment details will be provided during the interview process
• Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day
• Candidates who previously worked PRN or perm at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a travelers
• Lunch break is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
