• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 5x8-hour AM shifts, 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

• Experience in the outpatient setting required
• Active state license required (license required if applicable)
• Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment
• Full state license required to start assignment if working in South Carolina
• 1 professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Holiday weeks may require 32 guaranteed work week hours
• Equipment provided during interview process
• Parking and dress code details provided on first day
• Meal break auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
• Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
• Open to first-time travelers
