• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break with automatic deduction if not clocked out
• No on-call requirements
• Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable
• Compact license accepted to start assignment; full state license may be required to continue
• Experience in an outpatient setting required
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
