Details

• Inpatient setting located in the main hospital
• Performs video swallow studies, bedside swallow evaluations, and dysphagia management
• 8-hour day shift schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Illinois SLP license required if applicable
• AHA certifications as required for the position
• 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
• 2 years of setting-specific experience required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

• May float within scope to other like units
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
