American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant with an active Illinois license and 2+ years of recent experience for a day-shift position.

Details

• Outpatient setting located on the main hospital campus
• Uses Cedaron for documentation; prior Cerner experience strongly preferred
• Shift options include 4x10s or 5x8s, days only, with no weekends

Requirements

• Active Illinois PTA license required if applicable
• AHA certifications required as specified for the position
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient PT setting required
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

• Candidates must have a verifiable permanent address 50 miles or more from the facility with no exceptions to the radius rule
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
