American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Inpatient Rehab unit requiring 2+ years experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Inpatient PT Rehab unit setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• One Saturday per month required, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a comp day the same week
• Sunday coverage only as needed for ortho post-op patients unable to be discharged Saturday
• Alternate Tuesday-Saturday schedule may be considered
• Patient population includes orthopedic post-op cases (hip, knee, shoulder, spinal), neurologic conditions, and general rehabilitation needs
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Active PT license in PA or Compact PT licensure required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with orthopedic and neurologic patient populations preferred
• Skills in home exercise programs and patient/family education

Additional Information

• May involve care for COVID-positive patients
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's); if contract spans only 2 holidays, 1 is required
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract
• Candidates will undergo a clinical pre-screen before manager interview
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
