• Day shift schedule, approximately 8-hour AM shifts
• 26-week assignment length
• Uses InSync EMR for documentation and charting

Requirements

• License required if applicable
• One professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assist physical therapists with implementing patient treatment plans in an outpatient setting
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Clinicians previously employed by the facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have a one calendar year gap before returning as a traveler
