Details

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• 13-week assignment
• Flex schedule options: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provides care to short-term and long-term residents
• Utilizes Net Health for documentation

Requirements

• Active OTA license required in California (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• No minimum experience required
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Additional Information

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence
• Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 year of experience
