• One professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients as directed by supervising physical therapist
• Clinicians previously employed as PRN or permanent staff must have a one-year gap before returning as a traveler
• Lunch breaks are automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out
