American Traveler is seeking an Acute Care Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience to cover medicine, surgical, and emergency services in an inpatient hospital setting.

Details

• Inpatient acute care setting covering medicine, surgical, and emergency services
• Unit: PT, Inpatient - Medical
• Shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred; specific facilities may require AHA only)
• License required if applicable
• Active MA license required at time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start and upon expiration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Main responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients across medicine, surgical, and emergency departments
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Boston, MA, at a reduced rate
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking lots range $17-$22 daily
