American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health & hospice post-acute setting, requiring 1+ year of experience and BLS certification.

Details

• Post-acute care setting within a home health & hospice therapy unit
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Physical Therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active PT license required (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius of the facility may be considered as local candidates at a lower pay rate
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
