Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable; compact license accepted to start with full state licensure required during assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

Additional Information

• Clinicians previously employed by the facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have a 1-year break in service to return as a traveler
• Candidates will complete a virtual interview as part of the hiring process
• Lunch breaks are automatically deducted if the clinician does not clock out
• Open to first-time travelers
