Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1-2 years of inpatient acute rehab experience for a 13-week travel contract on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Details

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation setting (not SNF or LTC)
• Tuesday through Saturday schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Patient population includes neurological cases such as CVA, brain injury (BI), and spinal cord injury (SCI)
• 13-week contract
• Coverage for 1 minor holiday required during the contract period

Requirements

• 1-2 years of inpatient acute rehabilitation experience required
• Neurological experience including CVA, BI, and SCI required
• Knowledge of Care Tool scoring preferred
• Current PT license required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Inpatient rehab experience is preferred over SNF or LTC backgrounds
• Care Tool scoring knowledge is a plus for this role
• No on-call requirements for this position
