American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an Inpatient Rehab/Swing Bed unit requiring NBCOT certification and 1+ year of experience.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation and swing bed unit setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 hours)
• Patient ratio of 1:7
• Weekend on-call requirement of 1 weekend every 5
• Charting completed in Cerner PowerChart
• May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals depending on volume and census

Requirements

• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• License required if applicable
• EPIC charting experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• LTAC experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates will not be accepted
• Maximum RTO allowed is 10 days, and travelers must be willing to work 1 of 3 holidays if RTO falls during holiday periods
• Previous travelers must have been gone at least 3 years before returning to this facility
• Up to 8 hours of onboarding modules are preferred to be completed within 1 week of signing, prior to start
