• Outpatient orthopedic setting in Santa Clara, CA
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR used at this facility
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Active CA PTA license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• All licenses and certifications must be active — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to tenure restrictions — travelers may not exceed two years of cumulative assignment time without a 90-day break
