American Traveler is hiring an Outpatient Occupational Therapist with 1+ years of adult and pediatric experience to work across two nearby outpatient rehabilitation locations in Michigan.

Details

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Schedule includes 3 days at the Marshall, MI location and 2 days at the Battle Creek, MI location, 17 miles apart
• Holiday coverage required if needed
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience with both adult and pediatric populations
• Outpatient experience required
• Strong pediatric experience required
• Active BLS certification (AHA) required
• Clean driving record and own insurable vehicle required
• Supervisory reference from within the past two years required
• Skills checklist for Occupational Therapy current within 1 year required

Additional Information

• Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part
• Dress code is business casual or solid-color scrubs
• Previous travel experience preferred but first-time travelers may be considered
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, and all RTO must be submitted in advance
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a reduced pay rate
