Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a day shift position at an acute care hospital in Washington state.

Details

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00)
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling required
• Patient ratio of 1:13
• No on-call required
• No unit floating; however, all travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state as needed

Requirements

• Current RRT certification required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers who refuse to float between facilities within the state may be subject to termination of assignment
• Former permanent staff at this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
• Candidates who previously worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, traveler, or registry/per-diem must disclose the location and dates worked
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
