American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient PTA with 2+ years of experience and ortho/personal injury/workers comp background for a 13-week outpatient clinic assignment.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting within a Physical Therapy practice
• Monday through Friday day shift, noon to 8:00 PM, 5x8 hours
• No weekend scheduling required
• Patient caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 per week
• Uses RainTree EMR for documentation
• Full support staff including front office and PT Aides/Techs to assist with patient flow

Requirements

• Current PTA license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA required
• No new graduates accepted
• Experience in orthopedics, outpatient, personal injury, and workers compensation required

Additional Information

• Facility Directed Introduction (FDI) provided by Clinic Director prior to assignment start
• First day includes staff introductions, EMR orientation, and shadowing treatments
• Second day involves full patient treatment responsibilities
• Clinicians carry a caseload similar to facility employees, with locations commonly double-booking patients
• Travel pairs accepted
