American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Level III NICU day shift position requiring NRP certification and 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Level III NICU within a busy Labor and Delivery unit
• May float to PICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Department, Adult ICU, and Medical Surgical units
• Day shift, 07:00-19:30
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certification through AHA (NRP also accepted through American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment, if applicable
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care within a Level III NICU setting
• Support a busy Labor and Delivery unit with potential floating to additional units as needed
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate under facility radius rule
• Candidates should begin discussing assignment extension with their manager at least 45 days before the end date
