American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and a focus on neurological conditions.

Details

• 30-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Patient population primarily includes neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, multi-trauma, and post spine surgery
• Typical caseload of 4-6 patients per day with an expectation of billing 24 units per day
• Uses Cerner/OneChart EMR
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA)
• License required if applicable
• Experience with neurological diagnoses preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include performing evaluations and treatments for patients with complex neurological and post-surgical conditions
• Black scrubs or business casual attire accepted
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
