American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an Acute Care Hospital position in New Mexico, open to first-time travelers with at least 1 year of experience and a valid NM license.

Details

• Acute Care Hospital setting, PTA unit
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Epic charting system experience is preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NM PTA license required; pending license accepted with an ETA of 2–3 weeks
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA required
• Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• No travel pairs or groups will be accepted
• Up to 3 days of RTO may be approved; no RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
