Requirements

• Active Massachusetts PT license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure during the assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• Experience with InSync EMR
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
