American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of acute care experience and active Epic proficiency for a 13-week travel assignment at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 536 total staff beds
• Teaching hospital environment
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekends required on a fluctuating basis
• Block scheduling is required
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• This is a short-term acute care teaching hospital with a broad patient population
• Scrub color is open (any color); OR/Cath Lab scrubs are provided by the facility
• No parking fee at this facility
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility in any capacity (permanent, travel, or per diem) should be prepared to disclose the location(s) and dates worked
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
• No on-call requirements
