American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Ashburn, VA, with a strong caseload of 12+ visits per day across adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations.

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting in Ashburn, VA
• Treats adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations
• Caseload of 12+ visits per day with a target of 55+ visits per week
• 90% productivity requirement
• Broad orthopedic caseload including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniations, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, and various other musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions
• Fall risk assessments are performed as part of standard evaluation
• EMR: NextGen

Requirements

• Current PTA license required if applicable
• New graduates will be considered; 1+ year of outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with a wide range of orthopedic conditions preferred
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR preferred
• Ability to meet a 90% productivity standard

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include carrying out PT plans of care, performing fall risk assessments, and treating a high-volume orthopedic caseload
