American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week contract in the Denver area, with possible work in homeless shelters.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients in the Denver area
• Day shift, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Weekend scheduling varies depending on patient visit needs
• Caseload may include visits to homeless shelters
• Scheduling is organized by territory to minimize drive time between patients
• EMR: InTouch (experience required)

Requirements

• Active OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of home health or relevant OT experience
• Ability to meet productivity requirements in a home health environment

Additional Information

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across an assigned geographic territory
• Productivity is tracked by billable units; candidates should be comfortable working within a unit-based productivity model
