American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fort Dodge, IA, requiring 1+ year of experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Home health setting, with potential to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Epic EMR used; experience required
• No weekend or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
• Active Iowa OT state license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 1 prior travel contract preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• 1 supervisory reference required for consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration
• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• A company car is provided for home health visits
• Travelers are required to work 1–2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• Orientation is scheduled on Mondays
• Candidates who have been employed by this facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for consideration
