American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for a home health and hospice setting in Vermont, with experience in home care preferred.

Details

• Home health and hospice setting providing in-home therapy services
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Up to 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Caseload includes home care and hospice patients focused on independence and safety

Requirements

• Active Vermont OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Home care setting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Additional Information
