American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Coronary Care Unit (CICU) position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience and EPIC proficiency in a Level II trauma center setting.

Details

• Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
• Patient population includes cardiac ICU patients, Medical ICU overflow, RRT distress patients, and other critical care diagnoses
• Rotating 12-hour shifts covering both day (7A) and night (7P) rotations
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required per unit need
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience required
• Experience in a Level II trauma center required
• Experience in a comparable large facility (500+ bed count) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to a complex cardiac and overflow ICU patient population
• Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate
