Description

American Traveler is seeking a PTA with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week outpatient contract in Herndon, VA, treating an average of 12–14 patients per day in an evening-weighted schedule.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
• Schedule runs Monday–Thursday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no weekend shifts required
• Caseload averages 12–14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• EMR system used is RainTree
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Current PTA license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Full support staff is available at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs, to assist with patient flow
• Orientation is provided by the Clinic Director prior to the assignment start date and typically includes staff introductions, EMR training on RainTree, shadowing, and initial patient treatment
• All time-off and scheduling requests should be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
