• Outpatient setting within a rural healthcare clinic in Buena Vista, CO
• Focus on orthopedic and outpatient patient populations
• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 10-hour shifts
• 12-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient and orthopedic care
• Active CO Physical Therapist license required; a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination may be accepted
• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Current CPR certification required
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
