Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience and active WA license for a night shift travel assignment at a critical access hospital.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting with 23 total staff beds
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling required
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• May float to another facility approximately 25 minutes away
• No on-call required
• Charts in Epic (experience required)
• Free on-site parking available

Requirements

• Current RRT credential required
• Active Washington State (WA) license required prior to consideration
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Any scrub color is acceptable
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is preferred for this position; any requested time off should be communicated upfront
