American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an inpatient PT position requiring a current Idaho PT license and the ability to work 10-hour day shifts Sunday through Wednesday.

Details

• Inpatient physical therapy unit within a hospital setting
• Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, 10-hour day shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally accredited physical therapy program required
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required (license required if applicable)
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to maintain prolonged standing and/or sitting positions
• 2 current professional references required for consideration: 1 from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 from a peer or supervisor in the position's specialty within the last 3 years

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing referred patients, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborates with medical staff, case managers, social workers, and adjusters
• May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
