American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for a home health and hospice setting in Vermont, providing in-home therapy services to maximize patient independence and safety.

Details

• Home health and hospice setting with in-home patient visits
• Serves a home care and hospice patient population
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Up to 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Vermont OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Home health or home care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Additional Information

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services focused on maximizing patient independence and functional safety
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team serving both home care and hospice patients
