American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an outpatient therapy position in Oregon, requiring an active OR PTA license, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Outpatient therapy setting within a 108-bed short-term acute care facility
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No weekends, on-call, or block scheduling required
• Charting is performed in Epic
• No parking fee at this facility

Requirements

• Active Oregon PTA license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA required
• Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• A minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of total employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting are required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Scrub color is open to any color
• RTO should be minimal; all RTO requests must be submitted upfront, as post-offer requests may be denied
