American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting in central Vermont.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients throughout central Vermont
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 12-week contract
• Broad patient population with a focus on supporting independence and aging in place
• McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active Vermont OT license required
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
• Home health experience required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy care to clients in their home environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address each client's individual needs
• Offer education and goal-setting support to help clients maintain independence
• No requested time off (RTO) can be accommodated for this position
