American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Home Health position in South Carolina, with home health experience preferred and an active SC PTA license required prior to start.

Details

• Home health setting within a post-acute services program
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Requirements

• Active SC PTA license required prior to start; pending state license accepted (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Home health experience preferred; all PTA experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; 1 year may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial application; RTO requests made after submission will not be considered
• Attendance policy in effect: missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
