American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a hospital-affiliated outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Georgia, with Epic EMR experience and a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Details

• Hospital-affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Patient volume of 10–15 patients per day, scheduled in 30-minute intervals with dovetailing; complex evaluations are 1 hour, simple evaluations and treatments are 30 minutes
• Patient population includes general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures
• Monday–Friday schedule during normal business hours; schedule is either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts (consistent day off determined by clinic)
• No weekend rotation, on-call, or holiday requirements
• EMR: Epic
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active Georgia PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required, with most recent experience within the last year
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• At least 1 professional reference dated within the past year, from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration

• Clinic team includes 3 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator, and 2 Rehab Aides
• Orientation includes a new employee orientation (NEO) plus 5 days of departmental training
• Teal and black polos provided; slacks and clean shoes preferred

• Candidates who have previously worked a permanent position at an AHSE facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
• Local candidates are accepted — no radius rule applies, and the same rate applies to local travelers at Georgia facilities
