American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic in Montgomery County, MD, working Monday–Thursday on a 13-week contract.

Details

• Outpatient pediatric therapy clinic setting
• Patient population spans birth to 21 years, with primary diagnoses including cerebral palsy, autism, and genetic/developmental conditions
• Expected caseload of approximately 25 billed hours per week, with a scheduled 29–30 hours to account for cancellations
• Typical session model is 1:1, with occasional co-treats as clinically appropriate
• Approximately 1–2 evaluations per week
• Documentation via Cerner
• Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday coverage required
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active OT license in Maryland required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric OT experience required
• Current BLS certification required

• Therapy team consists of one OT, one PT, and one SLP, supported by a part-time rehab tech
• Facility offers a seating and positioning clinic, an assistive technology clinic, and a feeding program
